Have you built, designed and transitioned a Cloud Service Desk model?

Have you transitioned a service desk from scratch?

What are your thoughts and experience of Freshdesk?

Acting as the Service Transition Manager / Service Architect on a new project; building the design architecture model and managing the service transition out of one company to a stand-alone business.

Working in a multi-Cloud environment with experience of the following:

• Experience of setting up/establishing a service transition process and governance


• Application migration experience 


• Acceptance into Service activities (and requirement creation)


• Support model design for applications and software


• Freshdesk experience would be beneficial

Initially 2 - 3 days a week in the London office – flex later down the line
