This 3rd Line Microsoft position will give you the opportunity to work with a leading MSP with Microsoft and Dell gold partner status. Technology involved:

• Microsoft tech


• Office365 / Microsoft365 - Implementation, Administration, and Support of Exchange Online, Exchange. Online Protection, SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive for Business.


• Networking principles; VLAN, Lags, VPN and routing


• Azure – Desirable (chance to upskill)

Responsibilities:

• High level 3rd line support for multiple projects; troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.


• Last point of escalation for 0365 issues and associated Microsoft technical issues


• Work across all manner of Microsoft enterprise services providing support (Windows Server, AD, SQL, DNS etc).


• Work across the full Microsoft stack supporting customers.


• Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement enhancements, meeting client requirements and specifications.
