Head of Professional Services - IT Solutions and Services Provider - £65,000 - £80,000 – North West OR London OR Midlands (Home based)

A MSP/Solutions provider who I have worked exclusively with for years are going through an internal restructure in which they are looking to hire a "Head of Professional Services" and look after their superb professional services team whilst they go through rapid growth, acquisitions integration and alignment.

This position is a product of growth plans, not redundancy or not somebody leaving. You’ll work really close with the Head of Technology who is super passionate, solid techy and leader to enable the professional services team to run as well and smoothly as possible.

• Look after current team 18 PS Consultants across the group


• Business has gone through a couple of acquisitions so managing these Consultants through transition and the settling in period after


• The first 12 months (Approx.) will be ensuring teams align from the businesses acquired and align with overall group from a Professional Services perspective.


• New position for the business, so a chance to make it your own, bring in your experience, make a difference, drive change, drive tech and lead from the front!


• Leading the team, mentoring, skilling, training, reviews, hiring, building, progression plans etc


• Bring in “One team” mentality.


• Report to Head of Technology


• Work with Head of PMO / Head of Pre-Sales and CTO to ensure smooth operation


• Come from MSP/Solutions background


• Ideally experienced leading and managing tech teams across DC migrations, Infrastructure & Cloud.


• Must have tech management / leadership experience

It goes without saying that this is a MASSIVE hire for the client, and although ideally the successful person will come from/understand a technical background - the person must ideally have experience building/developing/organising teams, ensuring each person is both valued/driven to be the best versions of themselves daily.
