Currently, Owen leads the Network & Security Consultancy division at InfraView. Building, scaling up and becoming a specialist within the Networking world.
His career started in October 2018 at the age of 16 as an Apprentice Recruiter. Both Tim’s welcomed him with open arms and put him through an exceptional training plan, which resulted in a promotion to Delivery Consultant within a year. This role was solely focused on delivering top talent across the channel into leading IT Solution & Services Providers, with a focus on Network & Security.
He was then promoted into a ‘Recruitment Consultant’ position, where he covered end to end recruitment. Duties consisted of but not limited to, Business Development, Requirement Analysis, Negotiation, Deal Closing and extensive candidate aftercare. This was a real learning curve for me and a position where my career really took off.
More recently, he was promoted into a leadership position. This exposed him to managerial duties which was always an interest of Owen’s. He loves training and developing consultants and seeing them flourish in Recruitment. The most important aspect of being a leader is to be approachable, informative and to put your team first. Which he swears by.
