Microsoft UC Engineer – Teams, UC, PTSN, SIP, Session Border Controllers - £325 - £375 p/day - Inside IR35 – Southern UK
Urgent requirement for a Microsoft UC Engineer to join on the leading names in the Solution Provider Space. We require someone from a strong engineering background across both Projects and 3rd Line Support with a core focus on Microsoft Teams and Teams PSTN configuration, fact finding and resolution. We require a strong understanding of Microsoft Teams core services and features, and proven experience implementation of enterprise-scale data solutions.
You must hold a UK passport and be eligible to undergo SC Clearance due to sensitivity of some of the clients you will be working with, and you will be required to travel to sites within the M4 & M6 corridor.
Key Skills:
- MS700, MS720, Microsoft 365 Teams Voice Engineer Expert (at least one is essential)
- Microsoft Teams.
- Microsoft Team Voice implementations and topologies
- Microsoft Teams including PSTN Capabilities
- Analogue and Landline (QSIG, DPNSS, POTs, PRI, BRI) – A must
- Session Border Controllers - AudioCodes
- SIP Connectivity via Direct SIP including Operator Connect topologies
- Call Recording - Verba Recording, Dubber, ASC Technologies
- Call Analytics including Code - Clobber
Must be able to support
- Microsoft Team Voice implementations and topologies
- PBX and Analogue platform interoperability
- Auto Attendants and Call Queues
- Auto Connect interoperability
