Our client is hiring multiple 2nd Line Technical Engineers to join their expanding service team. This is a hands-on technical role with, where you'll support a wide range of customers across the Microsoft ecosystem. This is a real opportunity for you to step up, sharpen your skills, and further build a strong career path in IT. On passing probation you will be eligible for the On-call rota. This role is hybrid working once probation has been passed - during probation you will be office based 5 days week.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering 2nd Line support
- Supporting Microsoft 365 environments – Intune, SharePoint, Exchange, Teams
- Supporting 1st Line colleagues and acting as a mentor for more junior engineers
- Logging tickets, creating documentation, and contributing to the internal knowledge base
What you’ll need:
- MSP background – advantageous
- Experience with Microsoft 365 admin, Windows OS, basic networking, and endpoint security
- VMware
- Storage & Backup
- Networking
- Strong customer service mindset – confident, friendly, and proactive
