My client are a fast growing, innovative and evolving Microsoft Gold Partner, and are looking for a Microsoft Support Engineer to come in and be part of a very exciting journey.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, build, and maintain technical and personal rapport with clients.


• 3rd Line Support with Teams, Telephony, Collaboration 


• Identify root cause if customer escalations and strive towards a "zero rework" mindset


• Ensure high levels of incident ownership through incident lifecycle to a satisfactory conclusion


• Analyse customer problems and provide suitable solutions within SLA timescales
