M365 / Intune / Endpoint / Defender - As broad across M365 as possible

Your Responsibilities

R&D of new Modern Work products and Services

Participate in private and public previews

Ensure internal teams are 'customer zero' - testing and authenticating new products on internal services before moving externally with customers

Collate feedback from cross-functional teams to shape forward movements of technical roadmap

Ensure you're keep on top of 'end of life' products and communicating changes coming across business

Design and maintain cloud architectures and best practices

Produce high-quality documentation to standardise solution architectures

Implement processes and templates ensuring they are available across internal teams for customer use

Work closely with the Product Team, Presales, Pro and Managed Services

Create blueprints for customer delivery ensuring they're scalable and repeatable

Identify opportunities for automation and work with teams to implement.

Support work involved with vendor management and partner accreditations
