Do you want to work in a cross functional role to drive growth and improve partnerships?

Phenomenal opportunity to join a multibillion-pound turnover Solution Provider as an Engagement Manager for a key client. You will be working with Sales, Presales, Delivery and Service to maintain that the client has the highest level of satisfaction across all areas. You will work to align initiatives with organisational goals and ensure that the delivery is successful, and the ongoing service meets the client’s needs.

You will lead, plan and execute all the strategic customer engagement to help drive the growth and ensure that the long-term partnership continues to grow.

Key responsibilities:


  • Lead strategic planning and execution for assigned customer engagements and programmes.

  • Facilitate regular governance and alignment meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships to support long-term success.

  • Collaborate with delivery, product, and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of initiatives.

  • Monitor engagement performance and implement improvements based on feedback and KPIs.

  • Provide leadership and direction to delivery teams, ensuring clarity of goals and responsibilities.

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and service expansion.

  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for assigned engagements.

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

  • Act as the primary escalation point for client concerns

 

Key skills:


  • Strong knowledge of delivery methodologies including Agile/SCRUM, Waterfall, DevOps, and ITIL.

  • Proven success in managing complex client relationships and strategic initiatives.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and motivate cross-functional teams.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, SCRUM, ITIL)
