Are you a savvy marketing maven with a knack for social media and automation? InfraView is on the lookout for a Marketing Executive who has worked in a fast-growing company.

Since 2016 we have been the go-to specialist Cloud & IT Infrastructure Recruitment agency within the UK. We are a successful organisation moving into an exciting scale-up phase!

Based in Surbiton, SW London / Surrey.

Your Role:

· Develop and implement customer-centric automation strategies that help us towards our vision “to be the most trusted recruitment agency in our sectors” through continually improving the customer experience

· Use customer journey mapping to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation

· Work closely with our different teams to identify, design, test, and implement customer journey improvements

· Where we are lacking in customer data, devise and implement feedback mechanisms to ensure we continually hear from our customers on their journey with us

· Continuously monitor and analyse customer feedback to identify areas of pain and provide proposals for improvement

· Utilise automation tools and platforms to execute campaigns, track performance, and measure ROI

· Segment customer data to personalise and optimise automation campaigns

· Continuously analyse campaign performance and provide regular reporting

· Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing automation

What We're Looking For:

· Experience with marketing automation tools and platforms

· Experience with customer journey mapping and design

· Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing automation strategies

· Strong understanding of customer segmentation and data analysis

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to analyse & interpret data

· Strong project management and organisational skills

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Desirable but not essential- The ideal candidate will have recruitment experience
