He began his career selling IT Hardware, Software & Services for businesses now operating as Avnet, Capita and CDW and has brought this passion for technological innovation into InfraView. Tim drives the operational side of InfraView, employing the latest recruitment technologies and methodologies to continuously improve our service and so better cater to our candidates and clients.
As well as an innovator, Tim shares his vast wealth of recruitment and technical knowledge with employees at all levels of the business. Hands on mentoring with Tim means accessing over 20 years’ of industry know-how, from working closely with clients to exceeding the expectations of our candidates.

Tim’s passions outside of work are his family, partner to Mandy and father to Katie & Rosie (#outnumbered!). Running, cycling, golf, skiing and rugby (has the scars to prove it), 90’s dance music (or anything with a good bassline) and trips to Ibiza and beyond!
