“As we operate in the Cloud & IT Infrastructure space there’s no need to talk about the importance of technology.

Our lives are intertwined with the ever changing and developing technologies.

This is no different in the world of recruitment.

Back when I started in recruitment in 2004, there wasn’t a lot of technology around.

Iphones hadn’t been released, and I signed up to LinkedIn in November 2005 as an early adopter.

In terms of recruitment technology then, you were really limited to just your CRM and potentially a couple of job advertising platforms like JobServe.

There are many areas where recruitment technology has evolved over the years, including:

  • Social media
  • Web & SEO
  • Advertising
  • PPC
  • Video technologies
  • Recruitment automation
  • VOIP & UC
  • AI platforms
  • Scheduling platforms

We even have a technology we use at InfraView for supercharging our Boolean searches!

Some of the many benefits of technology in recruitment go without saying. These include:
