Aaron started his recruitment career 2 years ago in Education, he switched industry to Technology a year later and hasn’t looked back.

Having worked in Tech recruitment for a year it was very important that his next move would enable growth, a refined understanding, and career progression. He knew InfraView was the right company for him when he went through the interviewing process and realised that the company goals and his were very much aligned.

He is keen on becoming a mini- celebrity within Network & Security Managed Services in the Channel, where colleague, candidate and client alike deem him to be an expert.

Outside the world of recruitment Aaron is a keen fitness enthusiast, loves to travel, and a proud father.
